Emma Sue arrives sick

A very fragile Emma Sue

Born a runt with an umbilical cord hernia and in need of immediate medical care. Emma Sue weighed 2 lbs. at 2 weeks of age.

She was born to a mom pig who birthed 17 piglets with 13 nipples to feed them all and ...being the runt of the litter she had no place to find food!.......she came to us a hungry girl!

With bottle feedings every 1-2 hours, day and nite, Emma Sue slowly recovered and now she is the vibrant, joyful pig you can see in the movie below.
